ARMYFOCUS MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Information

By accepting these standard terms, you authorize ArmyFocus™ to
automatically bill you through the method you select until you
cancel this subscription. You are billed according to the
"Billing Policies" described below. All refund requests must
comply with ArmyFocus™ Refund Policy. In conjunction with this
policy, you may cancel this subscription at any time, but
ArmyFocus™ will not refund any remaining portion of your
subscription fees, including any minimum commitments, already
billed to your account. You agree to provide ArmyFocus™ with
valid, accurate and up-to-date payment and contact information.
Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of
this subscription. You agree to notify ArmyFocus™ regarding any
billing issues or disputes within 7 days after they have been
charged. If any issues or disputes are not brought to
ArmyFocus™'s attention within this term, you waive your right
to dispute them.

2. Links

ArmyFocus™ may provide links to other sites that we feel are
relevant and interesting to our users ("Link Sites").
ArmyFocus™ is not responsible for the content on the Link Sites
and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and
intellectual property notices therein. Some of these Link Sites
may provide you with opportunities to purchase or download
products ("Products"). We do not make any representations or
warranties in connection with the Products.

Both links to ArmyFocus.com and Reciprocal Links must be
approved in advance by ArmyFocus™. You may request links by
emailing webmaster@ArmyFocus.com using "Link Request" in the
Subject Line.

3. Billing Policies

If you purchase a quarterly or six month subscription, your
account will be charged at the time of purchase for the entire
subscription amount. After this initial payment, your credit
card will be automatically charged on the anniversary of each
quarter or six month period for the use of this website, until
you cancel your subscription.

If you purchase an annual subscription, your credit card will
be charged at the time of purchase for the entire subscription
amount. You will receive an email notification 30 days prior to
your subscription expiration date that will give you the option
to cancel the subscription. If no action is taken, your
subscription will continue.

4. Cancel Information

You may cancel this subscription by writing to us at
cancel@ArmyFocus.com one month prior to cancellation date. You
will be responsible for all charges for the entire subscription
commitment period.

5. ArmyFocus™ Right to Terminate or Modify Terms

ArmyFocus™ may modify the terms of this subscription, including
but not limited to the price, content or nature of the
subscription, without notice to you. In the event that ArmyFocus™
modifies the subscription terms, you may terminate the
subscription. ArmyFocus™ may terminate this subscription at any
time without notice to you, provided that you will be entitled to
receive the subscription for any period for which you have
already paid, or a pro-rated refund (to be determined at
ArmyFocus™ sole discretion) if ArmyFocus cancels the membership without notification. ArmyFocus™ may provide notice by
email or by publishing the changes on its Web site. This
Payment Policy will automatically terminate if you fail to
comply with any term. No notice shall be required from
ArmyFocus™ to effect such termination. Upon any termination of
this Payment Policy (whether by you or ArmyFocus™), you shall
immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your
obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any
termination of this Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
password and account information. You are responsible for all
activities that occur in your account and you agree to notify
ArmyFocus™ immediately of any unauthorized account use.
ArmyFocus™ is in no way responsible for any loss that you may
incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your user account
and password.
Information provided by ArmyFocus is not authorized to be transmitted through any method other than ArmyFocus.com. Any person(s) found violating this policy will be subject to, including but not limited to, immediate account termination without refund, legal fees, court fees, court fines, and any other fees/judgements imposed by the court(s).

7. Email Notification

To let you know what new subscriptions are available from time
to time, or to notify you of a charge to your account,
ArmyFocus™ will send you email correspondence. You agree that
as a subscriber, ArmyFocus™ may send you such email to the
address you provide. You will receive this email even if you
have opted out of receiving other emails from ArmyFocus™. If
you do not want to receive this email, you may cancel the
subscription at any time as provided in this Site Policy.

8. Privacy

All of your account information is kept secure via encrypted
backup systems - accessible only by authorized personnel of
ArmyFocus™. ArmyFocus will never request your password under any
circumstances. We will never request your password. Do not give
out your password online, do not email your password or send it
postal mail. It is too easy for such information to get lost or
misplaced. Don't take the chance.

9. Account Use Policy and Suspensions

ArmyFocus™ subscriptions are for personal use only. Username
and Passwords shall not be given out to other persons.
ArmyFocus™ may, at its own discretion, modify passwords and/or
suspend any accounts if user activity is deemed by ArmyFocus™
to be in excess of that used by a single individual.

I also agree to the following:
1) ArmyFocus™ does not condone cheating.

2) The ACCP answers are not provided as a replacement to
required studying.

3) All material and information provided by ArmyFocus™ is for
the sole purpose of education.

4) ArmyFocus™ is not responsible, and will not be held liable,
for individuals that may use the information incorrectly.

5) The information provided is meant to be used as a study
tool, designed for the use in preparation for the Army
Correspondence Course Program. They are to be used for studying.

6) ArmyFocus™ does not guarantee the information provided to be
completely accurate.

7) ArmyFocus™ does guarantee to attempt to maintain accuracy,
and correct mistakes, regarding the information provided on
this website.

8) Absolutely No Refunds.

I understand that the information provided by/on ArmyFocus™ is for study purposes only.

I understand that any person using the information incorrectly may be punishable under UCMJ.

I understand that ArmyFocus™ is not affiliated with the Army
Correspondence Course Program in any way.

All material and information provided by ArmyFocus™ is for the sole purpose of education.

ArmyFocus™ is not responsible for individuals that may use the information incorrectly.

The information provided is meant to be used as a study tool,
designed for the use in preparation for the Army Correspondence Course Program.

I authorize ArmyFocus to send me emails for promotional purposes, and understand that I may unsubscribe from the email marketing list at any time from said emails by emailing unsubscribeemails@armyfocus.com

If you do not agree with the above terms,
discontinue use of the ArmyFocus website. Use of the ArmyFocus website constitues agreement with the terms listed above.
